  • Cancellation Period: You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund at any time prior to the shipment of your Product.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the pre-order.

  • Pre-Order Delay: If the product is delayed by more than 30 days from the original estimated shipping date, you will be offered the option to receive a full refund or continue with the pre-order.
