1. Pre-Order Processing Time

  • Estimated Shipping Date: The estimated shipping date for pre-orders is 06/06/2025.  Please note that this is an estimate and is subject to change.

  • Notification of Changes: We will notify you via email of any changes to the estimated shipping date.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping: Free shipping on all pre-orders.

  • International Shipping: Free shipping on all pre-orders. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

3. Shipping Methods

  • Domestic Shipping: We use DHL, Aramex, USPS, FedEx and UPS for domestic shipments.

  • International Shipping: We use DHL, UPS and Aramex for international shipments.

4. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

  • Changes to the shipping address can be made prior to shipment by contacting our customer support team at hello@filteroasis.com.

5. Delivery Time

  • Domestic Delivery: Estimated delivery time after shipment is 3-5 business days.

  • International Delivery: Estimated delivery time after shipment is 7-21 business days. Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

6. Tracking Information

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
